Description of Policy from Merchant:
I cannot accept returns except for defective products. Be sure of your selection before ordering.
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re considering a large print, I’d be happy to share with you by email larger versions of cropped sections of the image to examine detail and sharpness. Please use the contact form.
Inspect shipping containers for damage and notify carrier if necessary. Carefully open container to not scratch your art. Examine image surface for any scratches or bubbles on the surface.
If notice of a defective print is received by me within 14 days of receipt, a new print of the same image, in the same size, will be shipped to you at no charge. You will need to mark on the print “defect” and photograph it and email to me before a new order is placed.
